Strawberry Ridge is a good location.
I think Strawberry Ridge as the spring season comes on is a neat location. Amazing views of the Wasatch region, a lot of wildflowers if you want to hike along the tops of the ridge and get off the road a bit.

My favorites for wildflowers nearby are Albion Basin, Lake Catherine/Catherine Pass, and Timpooneke Trail.
