I can't fault Dallin Hall or others for wanting to get paid
If I could have gotten a house and a nice nest egg to start my life and career, it would have been very hard to turn that down.
Selfishly, I want Dallin to stay but if my kid was in a similar situation, I'd probably encourage them to strongly consider the extra $300k and the differences that could bring to them in their life.
