BIGGEST NEEDS

PG = We need Dallin Hall to make up his mind quickly.  Hopefully we can keep him but it's going to be tough.  If he's going to leave we need to know asap so we can aggressively pursue a starting PG in the portal if he's out.  Baker can help out at the 1 in a reserve role but will be best as a scoring 2.

WING = We really need at least 2 more wings.  Need Richie back in a bad way and need to find another wing in additon to Richie.

BIGS = Need to add at least one quality big.  With Khalifa gone, I'm firmly on the Mady Sissoko train.  I think KY would put him to good use on offense as a physical down screen and role guy and he would add rebounding, physicality in the paint, and is a solid rim protector.  He has a ton of power conference experience and makes a lot of sense right now.

COMBO GUARD = Need some backcourt depth.  Adding another good versatile combo guard will be crucial.
