the recent court decisions based on University of Tennessee case now say that
the coaches are allowed to work directly with the NIL collectives to determine how much to offer to each player. Tennessee was getting crap from NCAA about this, and the court injunction said that its illegal for the NCAA to regulate that.

So the money still can't come from university but the coaches can work directly with the collective to decide how much to offer and to whom.
