Based on what everyone is saying in this thread, I'd seriously consider Grapevine, nice area but not quite as affluent as some of the surrounding cities. Equidistant from Dallas and Fort Worth. It's in my stake and has great people in the two wards.

Plus, Southlake School District is right next door and is a pretty good district to work in, from what I've been told.
