discounted tickets. As it stands, the schools are double dipping by asking fans to contribute to NIL funds, while simultaneously raising ticket prices to increase revenues.
I propose that the schools create (or behind the scenes "approve of") a designated NIL fund. When fans contribute to this fund, they receive a receipt/voucher/whatever you want to call it. The fans then take that receipt to the school when purchasing tickets and get a discount. Maybe a $100 contribution gets you a $75 dollar discount. This would allow the school to basically pay the players (indirectly) by subsidizing the funds donated by fans.
