Ted served as counselor to Kem Gardner in a U of U Singles Stake Presidency back
in the mid-90's during which time he set me apart for a calling. He was a good person and cared deeply about Salt Lake City. That singles stake leadership was filled with a who's who of SLC political and business leaders that willingly served alongside Kem.
