they sit a year. Any 3rd would need hardship approval. And the 2 transfers includes grad transfers.

If a coach leaves, they can look for a new team, but have to sit out the first 12 games.

Heck, I don't see a problem with just going back to sitting out a year after a transfer unless an approved hardship.

I'm sure a bunch of smart people can come together and work it out.
