Roast beef with potatoes and vegetables
We have my in-laws over for Sunday dinner a lot, and we always send them home leftovers to make my MIL's life easier.
My FIL loves the roast beef meal.
My MIL loves grilled chicken and lots of vegetables.
Both are easy to reheat and don't go downhill fast.
