Normally I agree don't voluntarily abandon house. But when safety is involved
That goes out the window. Number one priority is for her to protect herself and kids. If that means leaving the house temporarily then you do that. Ideally she could get a temporary order from a judge regarding house. Sorry I don't practice in Arizona and don't know attorneys there.
