Don't know in this case but for us felonies & undisclosed foreign assets are big
Sometimes, if a hire has had a felony and it has been properly disclosed and handled, that is not a disqualifier. But there are certain felonies we cannot ever hire with.
Financial complications of any sort are often times a disqualifier. Large debt. Foreign assets. Previous bankruptcy.
