POLL: Assuming a typical week, whatever that looks like, how many hours do you actually do real work?
You can include the meetings that everyone hates, as it's a part of the job.
In my line of work, it tends to be either feast or famine. When I travel it's a 24/7 situation - and I typically travel often. But other times might only demand 10 hours per week. I probably average 30-40 hours of honest-to-goodness actual work.
