the argument that he was underdeveloped and that he had a horrible O line, and that the coaching was terrible, and that the receivers were bad, and that they had no running game, and that they had too many injuries.

All of the above were more or less true, but I believe it took too much accountability off of Zach.

Personally, I don't think he has the right stuff. I can't see him being a reliable starter (or backup) anywhere in the NFL.
