Building a solid core around him before he's drafted. They have solid book ends OT's. They've got a really good WR corps and a solid/serviceable TE.
Smart job by the Bears to surround him with some good talent from day one, instead of letting him flouder with mediocre to bad talent and no protection. I think Williams is a bit of a diva who's attitude isn't something that would fly with most vets in an NFL locker room, but if he can play good enough in his rookie season that might not matter.
I'm not a love or hate Bears fan, however ever since the McMahon led 80's SuperBowl they've mostly been irrelevant, so my hats off to them in prepping for their #1 pick by smartly building around him before he gets drafted and signs his contract.
