Last year it was 1.7, so it seems like it might be a chronic versus a temporary condition with both above normal (1.2)? In 2022, it was 0.8. Natural ways to lower it (already exercise and my diet is decent)? While my CO2 is in the normal range, it falls on the high side. Any concerns there?
I have my physical tomorrow to go over results, but I like having additional opinions. TIA.
