Dropping the price. Kinda irked me at first but I am really glad I am working their program. It’s a LOT of psychology and using it to improve one’s relationship with food. Portions and quality of food and preparing food for the week are important but nothing is off limits (meaning ive had to stop “labeling” foods and good or bad. There’s more to it they all combine and helps me to not have such big ebbs and flows.
