him to just focus on BYU. As far as staying on with the Suns, I don't see a lot of upside, but do see a lot of downside. I can't imagine trying to establish yourself as a new college head coach while trying to be the top assistant on an NBA team. From recruiting, hiring, learning and managing NIL, developing/implementing system, overseeing S&C, etc. Maybe he can do both pretty well but Im guessing he can do the BYU job better if he's not flying back and forth trying to do both.
