Each room has its own private bathroom as well. Laundry/kitchen and main sitting areas are shared. The nicer of the two suites will also have garage parking. Problem is when he tries to list it for rental the sites will not let him say it is for single professionals - the sites say that terminology does not meet their standards of inclusion - so all he gets are families or married couples trying to rent the spaces.
