- Cody Bellinger badly missed on two fly balls tonight, one error allowing the runner on base, the other allowing that runner to score. My wife says he looks stoned. He's been taken out in the 7th, and now looks stoned in the dugout.

- Bob Costas tries too hard at times to say interesting things, and sometimes comes across as not really following the sport.

- Costas is making a big deal of the fact that Wrigley Field is old. It's been his schtick all night. His latest observation is his booth, built in 1914, is a bit on the small side. It came across as more complaining about it rather than simply letting us behind the scenes on some of the aspects that make Wrigley what it is.
