I’m much more worried that they hire the right guy for the job than that they hire someone who will sign a contract and can be announced the fastest. Are you certain that a lack of additional staff announcements is on BYU and not due to the new guys taking time to decide or even simply asking BYU to wait?

If you think it through, the thing they should be concerned about is putting a competitive team on the floor when the season starts.

I’m ok with them ignoring all other fan concerns, which I see as potential distractions from the number 1 goal already mentioned.

There’s no reason to freak about some of the dumb little details. The AD is very aware of fans and alumni having the desire to see BYU have a winning team. And I suspect they are more aware of what that takes than you or I.
