Off the top of my head, Enes Kanter. Although he was ruled ineligible with UK
Also, I'm guessing NIL really changes the game here. Before, playing college ball meant better competition but no money, but now international guys just get both.
(I know that international guys don't qualify for some kinds of NIL, but my understanding is there are ways around this)
