I don't want to trash Hall, I respect his skills, but I feel like he's replaceable. I also feel that there's something missing with him, that I hope he figures out that gets in his head when he's on the free throw line or it's late in the game. Richie has heart that is hard to replicate, and actually has skills to back it up. Most "try hards" don't. He seemed to be in control of his phrenic pace (not ridiculous amount of fouls/turnovers), which other "try hards" seem to struggle with.
