It may have been simply he was waiting to decide what to do until he was able to
have a one-on-one meeting with KY. Whether or not he was encouraged to transfer, or simply decided of his own accord it was in his best interest to transfer (for whatever reason), it would make sense for a player to weigh what the current coach has to say before making that decision to enter the portal.

So three year starting center Fouss, with top 30 level effectiveness, is not worthy to be counted as a 5?
