I think that wasn't called a foul because he blocked the ball.
Was that one called a foul and then overturned?
I can kind of understand blocking the ball and then hitting arm on the follow through not being called a foul. Contact to the ball and the block happened before contact to the arm. I could see it remaining a foul too - I'm just saying I can see why it was overturned if they're saying he blocked the ball and then hit arm.
The call in the Laker's game wasn't a blocked shot in which contact was made after the block.
