I left my first job for a 31% increase in salary
Of course we care about the money.
I had people I enjoyed working with - a lot.
I liked the work.
But I had a wife who was expecting, and that kicked me into gear getting better salary.
I can't blame someone for going for big $$
I also hate it, as a BYU fan to lose anyone we want staying.
