At the very least BYU should match any offer for Hall. After all he would be worth more to BYU than any other team.
If other players want more money byu will have to pay up or risk losing them. If current players see that they can make more money elsewhere because byu isn’t willing to pay market rate why would they go to BYU in the first place?
