he pretty much confirmed - you were never really my home! Why couldn't he just say that he and his family felt so much at home at BYU, but that UK has also felt like coming home, but just in a different way. And to talk about "gratitude" and "God's plan" while he has full on tried to gut our team, does not really ring like "God's plan" in any way. As far as I see it, BYU was building something special, and he knew it, so why do your best to gut BYU, when he can practically have his pick of the top 100 players. Why couldn't he have concentrated on other top 100 players, and the many portal players that would jump at the chance to play at UK, and just leave BYU's budding success alone. Sure, some will say, "anyone would do the same thing," but I'm not so sure. I think it sounds more like selfishness and self-serving than gratitude, and a lot more like "Pope's plan" than God's plan.
So glad Saunders is coming back, hope Hall does as well!
