To Khalifa given the fact he has to redshirt next season. I’m sure he “recruited” him though to some extent.

I haven’t seen any reports of Pope recruiting or prioritizing Hall. He’s chasing much bigger names in the portal - it’s very likely Hall/Saunders/Khalifa would not be thrilled about reduced roles to go to Kentucky and that Pope may think NIL money is better used on bigger names.

Basically I think Pope not bringing any byu players except for Chandler has more to do with Kentucky being a different beast as far as playing time and role. Also NIL is a big factor - maybe Pope was saving NIL for bigger prospects that demand $1m
