I’ve spent much time in Kentucky… it’s got great food and lots of obese people. Greenery is nice. But Utah >>> Kentucky
If you want to actually be active (apparently most people I saw in Kentucky didn’t really want that) or have much access to nature beyond forested trails Kentucky is lame.
And COL is a trailing indicator… it’s more expensive in Utah because more people agree that it’s better.
