True, but by eliminating the HC and what it represents, you effectively
take away BYU's cultural essence — what is unique and special about BYU — and neuter it so that BYU is like any other university. I believe that BYU can be successful with the honor code and that the code and what it represents is what makes BYU worth supporting and cheering for as a fan.
