Obviously TIC, but in the < 0.1% chance we had both on our team, Hall would
start at PG and Gonzalez at SG. Knell starts at the 3. Stewart/Baker/Saunders** as the backups.
**I could see an argument for starting Saunders over Knell.
Then Waterman/Fouss as the 4/5 starters. Davis and Kozlowski playing backup duties to those 2 players.
