Except that he likely has some relationships with Wasatch Academy players on the team and has spent time living in Utah. While the loss of the relationship with Pope hurt, I suppose, with recruitment, at the same time there are some links. I would also think that Khalifa moving on helps a bit.

I am sure NIL, style of play, etc. will all come into play, but there are some connections that make this more plausible than someone who does not have those connections.
