BaltoBYU 3rd String

Tastes way better than Just Ingredients and some of these other new companies. More protein, lower carbs and sugars than ON Gold Standard and some of the other name brands above.

Syntha 6 has a lot of Carbs, 15g vs. 3g for Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard.

I've tried several, they are pretty much the same imo. I do like the isolate versions as they are much easier on the gut
