At least in town, they cannot get building space figured out. We have pods that are at the fire marshal max. We are having interns share a single desk. My team cannot hire anyone else because we literally cannot fit anyone else into our building.

If you are in nuclear, you might have a good job at INL out on the site. But internally there are discussions on contracting. My department is losing funding currently. Director John Wagner keeps talking about growing, but I have not seen any semblance of a plan to actually make that happen.
