He wasn’t even good by WCC standards. In the WCC he sometimes showed flashes of promise but going to the Big12 just exposed his game even further. In Big12 play he avg’d 12.8 fouls per 40 mins. The Big12 game was just too fast for him, he doesn’t have the experience and instincts to be a productive big man at this level. He’s smart to be in the portal and would be well suited to drop down a level where he can get some playing time before his eligibility runs out.
