Those of us who have traveled through the Islamic world... one of the few things they have done to elevate American fast food is this combo. That combination of crispy lamb fat and the pungent garlic with the spiciness of the hot sauce... there were many days that I enjoyed this meal after a stressful work day in all sorts of crazy places from Lebanon to Egypt to the Emirates to Turkey... for anyone who travels there, it is something you've got to try. There are places in Germany and France that come close if you head into the Arab neighborhoods.
