Who is on the ball, a great communicator and I’m hoping 🙏 he is as impressive doing the job as he has been planning it out with us. We are doing a cost plus 13% model where we purchase all materials, cabinets countertop and flooring and he takes a 14% cut of the project cost to co ordinate everything. We’ll see how it goes. He’s a younger guy who has been in commercial and residential construction management for the last 5 or so years and now he’s branching out on his own. We’ll see how it goes
