Of Buffalo in middleport, a bar named ponies serves a sweet candied wing that is really amazing .

1. Bar Bill go to East Aurora, the original. Cajun honey butter BBQ. It's about the only place I don't go for hot. Best wings in America.

2. Adolf's Old First Ward Tavern - old establishment, but have just tried recently. Dynamite. Best price around too.

3. Nine-Eleven Tavern - just a dive but the wings are immaculate.

4. Elmo's - straight up quality, can't go wrong.

5. Wing Nutz - I prefer the standalone spot but Froth has some interesting beers, lots of flavored sours, if you're into that.

6. Gabriel's Gate - my first favorite wing in Buffalo, it has lacked some consistency of late, but when you get the right batch, chefs kiss

7. Mammoser's - old school, small place. Perfect wings.

8. Doc Sullivan's especially if you want to stray from all hot, they have a beef on weck wing that is worth it.

9. Duff's one of the OG's. Go to the one on Sheridan.

10. Macy's - yeah it's a pizzeria, so what. Wings smack. Pizza does too. Crazy looking pies.

11. Gene McCarthys - shockingly, like lots of these

places, old school scene. (Not shocking) 12. Kelly's Korner - low key, not mainstream at all, but they don't miss.


Seriously, I used to be the stake president in Buffalo, And I'm more than happy to be a local tour guide. My wife and I are also offer our four empty bedrooms and breakfast for any visiting cougar board member, she makes the best pancakes in the world. I hope you have a great trip
