obviously BYU didn’t have this kid high on their list for one reason or another. Maybe they feel he doesn’t fit the system or some other reason.

I just don’t see the point of signing a QB just to sit him on the bench for three years because the staff doesn’t play him for whatever reason. It doesn’t help the team nor the kid.

Unfortunately I can see Burton falling into this category. He’s only a redshirt FR but he’s 6th on the depth chart right now.
