But Jeff seems to be totally on board and even running the show with a lot of the changes. He likes being featured more prominently. He likes the format that allows him to do as little as possible and he likes predictability. He doesn't like taking risks because sometimes that results in dud seasons. But I think he's in a position where he could take any risk he wants because at this point he's a fixture and can do whatever he wants. Seems weird that he has taken an overly conservative approach.
