I'd say Nate, while awesome, was more of a recruiting coordinator/assistant to
the regional manager type of role.
Very different in seniority, authority, budget, responsibility, than what Doug Stewart will be doing. I don't see Stewart taking Aly his pre-Ramadan breakfast at 4:00 AM or sitting on the bench. He's a GM. He'll be sitting with administrators.
