and got a call this morning from their executive office.
The lady, in her attempt to also find where on the Delta site it talks about eCredits not being allowed to be used as one might a ‘gift card’ and/or that it has to stick with the named passenger, could also not readily find it anywhere and admitted this is a bad look for customers.
She is noting my reservation to allow me to make the changes I’ve been hoping to make to settle/resolve this issue and indicated she’s going to work with others to add clarifying language to the website.
I’m pleasantly surprised that an organization as large as Delta still responds to individual customers who email their executives.
