Probably several things. But sometimes organizations wake up when there's new
leadership or when they're surprised by someone's departure. I've seen it happen in my career too. Someone leaves unexpectedly and the org wakes up and changes something.

I think BYU's NIL situation has improved this year, and that improvement would
