I’ve shied away from it because I’m optimistic the results will be better, but
Gary Crowton is absolutely a good comparison resume wise. Crowton was an NFL OC and was very nearly hired as HC by the Patriots right before coming to BYU. He was viewed at the time as an offense genius.
