about him, but I wager not many Big 12 schools would hire him. They’d be looking for current assistants that are already in the college game. I’d say, let him learn in a mid-major school staff first, and then BYU can go grab him, if he’s proven to be worth it. I think BYU needs to be done with being a coaches first college experience.
