Going to be putting renters in our place soon, and ever since we moved in the oven won’t heat up.

It turns on fine, but never really warms up.

I replaced the heating element, but that wasn’t the issue. Thought maybe it was the thermostat, but not sure.

Curious what you guys would do? Worth paying someone to come fix it? Or replace it?

Doesn’t have to be crazy nice. Just a good solid one that works.
