I just bought a 10 month CD at 5.10%, interesting to me that anything longer was
at a considerably lower interest rate. 10 mos. was the longest I could find with a rate over 5% from an A rated bank (Capital One) Typically the longer the term the higher the rate, but not the case right now.

I have some of the high yield saving accounts spread around too, but they fluctuate with the market and it looks like according to these CD offerings the consensus is money rates will go down over the long term.
