For non LDS folks, any excuse to throw a party and have 2 coolers full of beer is good enough.
A buddy of mine today hired a Taco Man to come over and make tacos tonight while he throws a party.
He does it ever Cinco de Mayo, and he's not hispanic. His backyard is packed. it's a fun time.
Good Mexican food, music, lots of cold drinks and fun people. What's not to like?
