They rushed mine the first time I went back in 2007 because I wasn't aware that I needed it until I got to the airport. Flew out of SLC and it was done by the time I reached LAX to transfer flights. My niece had trouble with hers back in 2022 and they didn't tell her what was going on at the time. It turned out that she had listed an 'alias'...Kate instead of Katherine...and it took them about 10 days to sort it out. Good luck! One of my favorite places to visit!
