Pay cash for a home
I’d make it all back by now in saved housing cost.
6-7 years ago, home prices were about 30% lower minimum, way more in some places like Utah. You’d have made way more in interest and saved rent than anything else. Or blow half it and put a big downpayment on a decent home.
